Beth helps her clients work on transforming a habit one small step at a time by supporting and learning the best ways to make that one small, necessary change. Using the Enneagram as a guide, Beth will share what keeps people from moving forward or holding them back by knowing the wisdom of the Enneagram.

Cost:  $159, including the Enneagram typing test(w/o test $147 if you already know your type)

Enneagram test (unless client already knows their type)

1 typing session and initial habit transformation preparation

3 more coaching sessions, 1 per week.

Each session includes a 15 minute webinar on habits, then an overview of goals and previous weeks accomplishments and an action plan for the next week.
