Enneagram Coaching:

What is the Enneagram? It is a nine-point personality system that thousands of people have used to learn more about themselves and the people around them. Beth works with individuals, families or teams by using the Enneagram for personal development. Would you like to learn more about yourself by exploring what number you are on the Enneagram? Beth can help you discover this intriguing way of knowing more about yourself.

Beth offers two packages in regards to the Enneagram:

  1.  Typing sessions: Would you like to know what your Enneagram personality type is?  This package includes an extensive Enneagram personality type test and a 1- hour session to narrow down what is your personality type.  Cost:  $40.  
  2. Enneagram Impact: This package includes four coaching sessions in which Beth explores with the client how the Enneagram impacts their life.  The client can chose what area of their life they want to concentrate on such as relationships or careerwise. Cost: $111.

Life Coaching:

Beth offers two coaching packages. 

Adventure of a Lifetime:  Beth helps people take a life-long dream and she helps them achieve it. Have you ever wanted to write a book or ride your bike across your favorite state or climbing Kilimanjaro? Beth knows how to achieve a game-changer goal. Beth rode her bike across Alaska in 2003. It was a year-long preparation, and the experience was out of this world. Because of the preparation, she was fit and organized and the whole experience was amazing. Well, now is your time to take the bull by the horns and start and achieve your adventure of a lifetime. With her system of making goals, step-by-step and moving forward on these goals with Beth as your coach, cheerleader, accountability partner and encourager, you can grow into new heights by achieving that one thing that will be a game changer in your life. Beth’s favorite quote is live the life you love and love the life you live and it is her mission in life to help people live the life you love.

 

 

 

28-Day Habit Transformation Challenge:  Do you have this one annoying, unhealthy habit that you know you need to change? Did you get news from the doctor that you need to make some lifestyle changes or else you will be put on drugs to counteract the bad habit? In 2022, Beth was diagnosed with breast cancer. Her story was not like others where she caught it in time and recovered rapidly and is now cancer-free. This experience has opened her eyes to making many small changes to move into a more healthy lifestyle. She took many small steps to improve her physical health by exercising, eating healthier and have a more positive outlook on life. For example, she frequents the gym more often now than ever. She has reduced how many Starbucks she has each month. She realizes that we are human and we can’t be perfect in our journey. But we can do the best we can and each day is a new opportunity to be better than the day before.
